How it works

ULFIT, made by Classys, is a high-intensity focused ultrasound device designed for the body. Focused ultrasound deposits energy in small thermal points at a chosen depth beneath the skin. When these points are placed in the subcutaneous fat layer, the heat aims to injure a share of the fat cells, and the body then clears them over time. Placed in shallower layers, the same energy may contribute to skin tightening. Cartridges allow different depths for different areas.
